PLANNING permission has been granted for 20 new houses in a village near Evesham.
The proposals for land adjacent to Hyde Close off Station Road, South Littleton, were unanimously approved by Wychavon District Council's planning committee on Thursday (May 28).
Councillor Keith Wright said: "I have spoken to local residents and they are more than happy with this development".
The applicant - the dean and chapter of Christ Church College in Oxford - will develop two two-bedroom, six three-bedroom and four four-bedroom properties as well as eight affordable housing units, public open space and car parking.
