Choir tuning up for Nepal youngsters

FUNDRAISERS in Wall Heath are getting set to host a concert to raise cash for children in Nepal.

The Summerhill Choral Society will be performing at Wall Heath Community Centre, Enville Road, to support the Bethany Children's home which offers help to deprived youngsters in the south Asian country.

The concert will start at 7pm on Saturday May 10, all proceeds will be donated directly to the children's home.

Alder Allen, leader of the home's support group, said: "The Summerhill choir of youngsters and adults are well-known around the area and always give a first class performance.

"We are delighted they have offered to sing for us once again."

Tickets cost £3 and are available on the night or in advance by calling 01902 894606.
