CAMPAIGNERS are hoping to raise the profile of a Stourbridge open space at a public meeting later this month.
A group, including Councillor Mike Attwood from The Friends of Mary Stevens Park, are getting together for the meeting at Gig Mill School, The Broadway, to discuss the future of South Road Playing Fields with a view to establishing an organisation to attract funds to develop the open space.
The area, also known as Swan Pool Park, will be on the agenda at the meeting in the Norton school, which starts a1 11am.
Members of the pubic are invited to attend and have their say on issues connected with the area.
