Roadworks is a joke
Why is it that all the utilities and councils do all in their power to impede the flow of traffic, I refer to the temporary traffic signals that were on the A458 (Stewpony to Wollaston road) at the end of Prestwood Drive over the May Bank Holiday weekend.
Not once did I see any workmen there, and as far as I could make out, the lights were only there to divert the footpath onto the road, what a laugh when there was a wide expanse of glass where pedestrians could have walked.
