SUPERMARKET giant Aldi is in the pink with a new range of drinks which tap into this years top trending tone.

The Millennial Pink range includes three tipples which pick up a pink theme that had dominated both homes and wardrobes throughout 2017.

The range includes a sweet and botanical Gin Lane Victoria Pink Gin (£19.99), a Veuve Monsigny Pink Champagne Brut (£15.99) and a floral Maynard’s Pink Port (£7.99).

Featured heavily on the social media feeds of cult celebrities such as Rihanna, the dusty pink phenomenon is set to make its mark on drinks cabinets all over the country.

For the first time ever, Aldi is introducing a Pink Port (£7.99) to its Christmas range. This is a fruity addition is made by longstanding supplier Maynard’s, who also produce Aldi’s Maynard’s LBV Port 1992 (£9.99) - winner of Good Housekeeping Institute’s annual Christmas Taste Test 2017.

The retailer has won 189 awards and was crowned Multiple Wine Retailer of the Year at the Drinks Retailing Awards and Drinks Retailer of the Year at the Drinks Business Awards as well as scooping Best Own Brand Spirits Range at the International Spirits Challenge.
