TONY Gore is confident his Dudley Sports players will learn from the recent difficult run of results.

Sports lost 4-2 at home to Bewdley last Saturday to suffer their third defeat on the bounce.

Goals from Mark Bellingham and Mitchell Clarke had put Dudley 2-0 up before Bewdley came fighting back to take the points.

The disappointing outcome followed last Tuesday's 3-0 away defeat to local rivals Gornal Athletic.

However, Gore thinks his players will be stronger if they can stick together.

"We weren't getting carried away when we were on a good run at the start of the season, so we won't be getting carried away now," he said.

"This can happen in football. I don't think we have been doing too much different but have had a difficult run of fixtures.

"It won't be long until we are back to winning ways and could be stronger for the experience.

"Think main thing is that the players stick together and don't panic."

Sports will take on Ellesmere Rangers at Hillcrest Avenue this Saturday.
