GORNAL Athletic have made changes to the club's management structure as they look to mount a promotion push next season.
The Peacocks, who were relegated from the West Midlands Premier League this season, have appointed former boss Simon Williams to the role of director of football.
Williams will now assist manager Matt Fisher with player recruitment.
Fisher explains: "Simon brings a wealth of experience to the role and will be a big help.
"It is something I have wanted at the club and something I asked for. The biggest part of the role will be bring new players to the club but he'll also be there to offer advice.
"Our focus is all about bouncing straight back and winning the league next season. This will hopefully help us achieve that."
Athletic will return to pre-season training on June 3. Players wishing to arrange trials can contact Fisher on 07557272332.
