THREE swimmers from Stourbridge Swimming Club made a splash at the English Schools National Championships.
The trio were part of the West Midlands team who took on the best school swimmers in the country at the annual event in Liverpool.
Becki Cole claimed two golds and broke the championships record in the 100-metre and 200m backstroke. She also claimed two bronze medals as part of the medley and freestyle 4x100m relay teams.
Britt Horton was hot on her heels in the medal tally with a gold in the 100m backstroke and silver in the 200m backstroke in the junior age group, clocking up a new personal best time in the process.
Tom McCallum stepped in as the West Midlands swimmer for the junior boys 200m freestyle, finishing in 6th place.
In the 200m breaststroke, McCallum was again just outside the medals in 5th place.
Cole and Horton are now on the shortlist to represent England at the WISE Championships, which takes place in November.
