A WORDSLEY children's centre has been awarded an ‘outstanding’ Ofsted grade for the second time running.
Fairhaven Under Fives Centre, based in Barnett Lane, was given the top grade possible in all categories in their recent national schools inspectors report.
The report said the privately-owned centre, which opened in 1991, has “inspirational” leadership, management and teaching, and the children are “eager to learn and are highly motivated”.
The outstanding report mirrors the centre's previous inspection in June 2009.
Kate Hale, owner and manager, said: “We were awarded ‘outstanding’ at our previous Ofsted inspection and are thrilled to receive ‘outstanding’ again.
“Our motto is ‘learning through play’ and we are delighted that our dedication and hard work has been recognised.”
