Not right to insult Lynda

I WAS appalled to read the personal attack made last week on our MP, Lynda Waltho by the Conservative spokesperson.

This is just the sort of thing that puts people off politics?!

Mrs Waltho has worked hard for Stourbridge, there is rarely a week goes by when she is not in the paper with several issues on our behalf.

I see her at many events around the town at weekends and she always has a ready smile and encouraging word for volunteers.

What right has this new lady got, who I understand is a councillor in London anyway (not much loyalty to her own constituents there in less than two years after election) to criticise Mrs Waltho?

So far all she has done for Stourbridge is to pose for a photo with a dry paint brush when she was supposed to be painting railings!

Perhaps if her fellow Conservative councillors got their fingers out, the council workmen would be painting the railings, as our rates (which have been increased even more this year) are meant to pay for.

Sort yourself and your own council out before you come here and criticise our MP Ms James!
