TONY Gore says the pressure will be off his Dudley Sports players when they face Cradley Town this Saturday.

Fifth-placed Sports travel to third-placed Cradley knowing a win would slash the gap between themselves and the league’s top teams.

“It’s a massive game,” said the Dudley boss. “Both teams have players that can hurt the opposition but they will be big favourites.

“They have a lot of last season’s Causeway United players and are right up their among the favourites to go up.

“They are at home and everyone will be expecting them to beat us. It means the pressure is off us and we can go and play with freedom.

“Our aim is still to finish in the top 10 and we are well on target.

“The players are disappointed they didn’t get more out of their last two league games and will be keen to put that right.”

Sports could soon welcome Curtis Cocking back from long-term injury.
