NETHERTON kept alive their unlikely promotion dream with a four-wicket triumph at Himbleton on Saturday.

Danny Lowe (7-37) led the way as the visitors opted to bowl first and restricted Himbleton to 145 all out from 31 overs.

Netherton reached 146 for six from 33 overs to claim 20 points. They sit fourth in Worcestershire Division Three, eight points behind Old Vigornians in the second promotion place, going into their final match at home to Avoncroft on Saturday (12.30pm).

Vigornians defend their spot at home to Bartestree & Lugwardine, while third-placed Kempsey travel to champions Harborne.
