CRADLEY Town players could be forgiven for forgetting where their home ground is based at the moment.

That's because Cradley haven't played a home game at their Beeches View Avenue ground since December 2nd when they lost 5-3 to Tividale.

Since then, Cradley have become estranged from their ground and manager Andy Wyton admitted it was hitting the club hard with no income from paying supporters.

True to form, last Saturday's clash with Stone Old Alleynians was called off.

And Cradley face the prospect of kicking their heels again this weekend when they surprisingly have no fixture.

Wyton explained: "We were originally due to face Pegasus Juniors, but we've already played them twice.

"I'm now trying to arrange a friendly fixture instead."

Wyton has reunited himself with frontman Rion Francis-Mills who has arrived at Cradley from Dudley Town.

Frrancis-Mills previously played under Wyton at both Dudley Town and Gornal Athletic.

He has since featured for high-flying Wolves Sporting Community before recently returning to Dudley Town.

In the meantime right back T J Munthali has switched to join title rivals Tividale.

Cradley should be back in action on February 24 when they entertain Wolves Sporting Community - weather permitting of course!
