HALESOWEN Cycling Club’s Emily Kay capped off her excellent year with three gongs at the club's end of season awards evening.
The 14-year-old claimed the women’s track league cup, the under-14 rider prize and the ladies track championship.
Trophies were also handed out to Matt Bailey, who was named junior champion, while Tom Gregory took the senior sprinter prize and was handed the trophy for the junior track league.
There was double joy for Tom Baker, who picked up the gongs for youth sprint and youth omnium champion.
The senior omnium champion was Neil Preston.
Pete Hodgetts was best track veteran and C category rider, with Ethan Davis presented with the Freewheeler A trophy and Massimo Di Vito the Freewheeler B.
Most improved rider went to Ted Bate, with Sam Franks taking the under 14 youth league and Harrison PAlmer-Baker the under 12s league.
Coach Carl Gregory was named clubman of the year.
The awards were handed out by four time world champion and BBC cycling commentator Hugh Porter, who has recently been made a patron of the Manor Way club.
Porter described it as a "great honour."
