TEAM Dudley have secured promotion to Division One of the West Midlands League.
They finished their season in Division Two by bagging second spot after a 6-1 away win over Wolverhampton Sporting Community Reserves last Saturday.
Dudley missed out on winning the title on goal difference from champions AFC Ludlow.
However, they ended their campaign in style thanks to two goals each for James Hill and Myles Nettleford and other strikes from Andy Taylor and captain Matt Simmons.
Boss Stewart Holmes said: "It has been a great season. It would have been good to have won the title, but the main thing was achieving promotion.
"It is a testimony to how hard the players have worked, both during games and on the training pitch. They all have a determination to improve themselves and that has shown this season with their success."
