DEFENDER Netan Sansara has left Stourbridge due to personal reasons, the club has announced.

Sansara and the Glassboys have mutually agreed to cancel his contract with immediate effect.

He joined the Amblecote outfit from Boston United in January this year and played mostly at left back or on the left side of midfield as an important part of manager Gary Hackett's formation in the latter stages of the season.

He scored one goal for the club when hitting the back of the net in Stourbridge's 3-0 home victory against AFC Totton in April.

A statement from the club read: "We are sorry to see Netan depart and would like to wish him well for the future."

The reasons behind the move have not yet been released.
