Brierley beware of Sports
There seems to be no stopping Dudley Sports at the moment as they made it four West Midlands Premier Division wins on the bounce to move into second place.
The Hillcrest Avenue outfit are ina rich vein of form under the guidance of management duo Paul Blakeley and Neil Perks, which was confirmed with a 2-0 home triumph over AFC Wulfs on Saturday.
Goals from Matt Bridgewater and Ross Harris secured victory in their first ever clash with their Wolverhampton rivals.
A delighted Perks said: "We had to show the other side of ourselves today, Wulfs battled away and made it a very uncomfortable afternoon for us all.
"But our battling qualities were there for all to see, something we will have to show a lot more of during the course of the season remaining."
This Saturday they host Brierley Hill and Withymoor (3pm kick off).
Tony Gore's men go into the game after slipping to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of league leaders Bridgnorth.
