Hughes earns Australia call-up

WORCESTERSHIRE batsman Phil Hughes has been called up by Australia ‘A’ for their four-day match against England Lions starting tomorrow at Edgbaston.

It means the left-hander will miss the County’s crucial LV= County Championship Division One match against Lancashire at New Road, which starts on Wednesday.

It will be interesting to see which batsman is capable of the title of batsman. Without Hughes our batsmen have just not turned up . We are not going to survive without a miracle !
Could ask Bolt to come in as our foreign player he seems to walk on water at the moment !
