HAMMOND Madeline Anne Passed away on 12th January 2019, aged 73 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband Geoffrey, brother Roy, son Kerry, daughter Jacqui and much loved grandchildren Tilly and Tanner. The Funeral Service is to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Friday 8th February at 11.40am. Flowers welcome c/o H.
