COOKSEY Michael Sadly passed away peacefully on 24th January 2019, surrounded by his Family. A much loved Husband, Father and Grandad, who will be deeply missed by all Family and Friends. Funeral Service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Thursday 14th February at 12.20 p.m. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired for Mary Stevens Hospice c/o J Vernon Kendrick Funeral Directors 11 Greenfield Avenue, Stourbridge. 01384 442111.
