ALISON JAYNE SAMPLE Passed away peacefully on 24th October 2019, aged 55 years. A Loving wife of Alan and Devoted Mam to Owen and Amy. She will also be greatly missed by her mother Chris. Funeral Service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Thursday 21 st November at 4.10 pm. Family flowers only by request. Donations are to be collected in Alison's memory for ward C4 of the Georgina Unit of Russell's Hall Hospital c/o J Vernon Kendrick Funeral Directors Vernon House Cemetery Road, Lye DY9 8DB.
