FREDERICK CHARLES QUARTLEY (known as FRED QUARTERLY) Born 29th July 1924. Passed away peacefully at home on the 14th July 2020, aged 95 years. Sadly missed by daughters Julia and Jean, sons-in-law Mike and Paul, all the grandchildren and great grandchildren. Donations on behalf of Mary Stevens Hospice in memory of Fred are being gratefully received by H. Porter & Sons, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, DY8 3UJ.
