O'TOOLE Patrick David 'Dave' Sadly passed away 29th December 2020, aged 67 at Avondale Nursing Home. A much loved Brother, Uncle and Great Uncle. Will be greatly missed by his family and friends and his fellow runners at Stourbridge Running Club. Funeral Service on 26th January at Stourbridge Crematorium at 11 a.m under covid restrictions.
