COOK (nee Millington) Pamela Audrey 'Pam' of Stourbridge Passed away peacefully on 2nd July 2021 aged 91 years, surrounded by close family. Reunited with husband Peter and son Andy. She will be dearly missed by son Nigel, grandchildren Daniel and Emma and their spouses, great grandchildren Kieran, Alexis and Mia and all her family and friends. A Cremation Service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium at 2.50pm on Tuesday 27th July, followed by a Celebration Of Life Service at New Road Methodist Church at 3.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations direct to family for Mary Stevens Hospice and New Road Methodist Church.
