BROOKS Hazel Mary born 02.12.1946 Passed away peacefully on Monday 20th December 2021. She will be sadly missed by family, friends and all who knew her. Funeral Service to take place on at St. Saviour's Church, Hagley on Tuesday 18th January 2022 at 1:00pm, followed by a private committal. Family flowers only please. Donations to Cancer Research UK & Macmillan Cancer Support are being gratefully accepted by H.Porter & Sons, Funeral Directors, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, DY8 3UJ.
