MARGARET JOAN PRICE nee WHITE of Halesowen ( Joan ) the widow of the late Eric George Price the former Justices' Clerk of Halesowen and Stourbridge. Son Richard, daughter Joanna, niece Janet and sister in law Sheila and all the family wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind support, cards, letters and expressions of sympathy shown to them in their sad loss. Thanks to so many people who attended Joan's celebration of life service at Halesowen United Church on Wednesday 20th December 2017, which was preceded by a private committal at Stourbridge Crematorium, and for all the kind donations received for Acorns Children's Hospice. Thanks also to everyone at the Church for their care and support in making the arrangements for such a fitting venue, where Joan and Eric spent so many years with such happy memories, and also to Lesley Layton for her excellent catering and Caroline Richardson for the beautiful family flowers. Among the tributes Richard and Joanna and the family gave special thanks to Tony and Pat Billingham and all the carers and staff at Lapal House Residential Home Halesowen for their kindness and care for Joan throughout her stay there and before and leading up to her death on the 4th December 2017. Special thanks to Reverend Ernest Cruchley and Marcus Adams Funeral Director for such a wonderful service and their heartfelt tributes, especially to Marcus for the exemplary way in which he portrayed the tributes from family and friends, and his continuing care and support for everyone as always during this sad time.
