Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010

The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 17/10/2019 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A4 (Part), Chippenham and Corsham; from its junction with A350 to its junction with Hartham Lane to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route: via A4 (unaffected length) - A46 - A420 - A350 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 25 March 2019 will now recommence on

02 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30 until



03 October 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Conscience Lane, Rowde and Devizes; from its junction with A342 Devizes Road to its junction with Folly Lane; Folly Lane, Devizes; from its junction with Conscience Lane to its junction with A361 London Road to enable Tarmac to carry out Carriageway Recycling, Surface Dressing and Road Markings. Alternative route: via A361 - A432 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 02 September 2019 will now recommence on 30 September 2019 and the closure will be required until 11 October 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Phase One: A429 (Part), Stanton St Quintin and Hullavington; from its junction with M4 Junction 17 roundabout to a point approximately 250m north of C1 The Street. Phase Two: A429 (Part) Hullavington/Corston/Malmesbury; from its junction with C1 The Street to its junction with Arches Lane to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route: via A429 (unaffected length) - A433 - A4135 -A46 - A420 - A350 - A429 (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 20 February 2019 will now recommence on 30 September 2019 and the closure will be required weekdays between the hours of 09:00 and 15:30 until 02 October 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to users: Footpath 59 (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with Sadlers Mead for a distance ofapproximately 25 metres to its junction with the access path to the Olympiad Leisure Centre to enable Construction of multi-story Car Park. Alternative routes: via Sadlers Mead - Cocklebury Road - Monkton Hill - Monkton Park Council Office Car Park and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 01 October 2019 for 06 months. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Section 16(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: B4040 (Part) Calcutt Street/High Street, Cricklade; from the Calcutt Street zebra crossing for a distance of approximately 10m north and south of the High Street mini roundabout to enable A safe crossing point for participants of Cricklade Fun Run. The closure will be lifted at scheduled five minute intervals to allow traffic to continue. These temporary traffic measures are required to safeguard members of the public and competitors whilst enabling the Cricklade Running Event to take place. This Order will come into operation on Sunday 06 October 2019 with the exception of vehicles officially involved in the running event, vehicles being used for ambulance, police or fire brigade purposes, or the purpose of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, or with permission being given by a Police Constable in uniform. The closure is anticipated to commence at approximately 10:30 and finish at approximately 11:05 (depending upon the progress of the competition). Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C129 (Part), Lyneham and Bradenstoke; from its junction with The Banks B4069 for a distance of approximately 650 metres in a southerly direction to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via C129 (unaffected length) - B4069 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 30 September 2019 and the closure will be required until 07 October 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
