The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 31/10/2019 quoting the reference number. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C129 (Part), Lyneham and Bradenstoke; from its junction with The Banks B4069 for a distance of approximately 650 metres in a southerly direction to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via C129 (unaffected length) B4069 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 30 September 2019 will now recommence on 14 October 2019 and the closure will be required until 16 October 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Bailey Hill (Part), Baydon; from its junction with Boydon Hole for distance of approximately 600 metres in a southerly direction to enable Kier Strategic Highways to carry out remedial works to repair defective north expansion point and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via Bailey Hill (unaffected length) - Ermin Street - Baydon Road - Russley Park - Goor Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 04 November 2019 and the closure will be required until 15 November 2019. Alternative route: via Sawyers Hill (unaffected length) - The Moor - Minety Lower Crossing - The Crossing - Level crossing Road C90 - C76 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 04 November 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 10:00 and 15:00 for one day. C) Hawkstreet (Part), Bromham; from property known as 64 Hawkstreet for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a southerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry repairs to sewer pipe. Alternative route: via Hawkstreet (unaffected length) - New Road - High Street - Horsepool - The Pound - A342 Devizes Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 04 November 2019 and the closure will be required daily until 08 November 2019. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: D) C38 (Part), Alton and Woodborough; from its junction with Devizes Road to its junction with Smithy Lane to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway hand patching and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via C38 (unaffected length) - C351 - A342 - C51 Devizes Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 17 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 until 18 October 2019. This Order will come into operation on 15 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 until 17 October 2016. This Order will come into operation on 18 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 for one day. Alternative route: via Holborn (unaffected length) - Washpool Road - Washpool - Common Platt - Stone Lane - Church Place - The Street (unaffected length) and vice versa.
