(a) to (q) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to grant rights for drainage under:

1. Land that is deemed to be Public Open Space and known as LAND AT THE GRANGE, DEVIZES ROAD, HILPERTON, TROWBRIDGE, WILTSHIRE. The land will continue to be used as Public Open Space. Plans showing the area of land to which the drainage rights are being granted over are available for inspection on request during normal working hours at Wiltshire Council's offices at County Hall, Trowbridge.

Cycle Tracks Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Footpath 13, Trowbridge) (Cycle Tracks) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that on 28 January 2020 Wiltshire Council confirmed the above mentioned Order, without modification, under section 3(3)(b) of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows: The following length of footpath has been designated as a cycle track:- Footpath 13, Trowbridge -the complete length from its junction with Pitman Avenue to its junction with Gloucester Road.

A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours and also at Trowbridge Library, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge between the hours of 8.30am -7pm Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8.30am -5.30pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 9am - 5pm Saturday for a period of six weeks from the date of this Notice. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date of this Notice, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

The Order will come into operation 28 days after the date of this Notice.
