(District of Wychavon - Droitwich) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictionsand Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2020 [Limited Waiting (Proposal and Revocation) on Queen Street, Droitwich]
On 20 February 2020 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to replace limited waiting 45 minutes no return within 2 hours with limited waiting 15 minutes no return within 2 hours on the following sides and lengths of road in Droitwich: -
Queen Street(north westside) from apoint73 metres south westofitsjunctionwith Saltwayforadistanceof 16 metres in a south westerly direction; (south east side) from a point57 metres south westofits junction with Hanbury Street for a distance of 23 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)andwillcontain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
The Order will come into operation on 12 March 2020.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at The Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich WR9 8DQ and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
ThevalidityoftheCouncil'spowersinmakingtheOrder or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
(Footpaths HI-550, HI-555, and HI-556, Himbleton)
(Temporary Closure Order) 2020.
Order made: to close Footpaths HI-550, HI-555, and
HI-556, Himbleton for their entire lengths.
The Order has been made due a damaged bridge.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
havingafrontagetothehighwayaffectedwherethere
is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary
works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - Footpaths HI-552, HI-551, single carriagewayC2150andviceversa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months. Closure commenced on 18 February 2020.
(C2079 School Road, Hanbury)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2020
Order made: to close that part of C2079 School Road from its junction with B4090 Droitwich Road to its junction with U42004 Pumphouse Lane. Reason: New Customer Connection by A-Plant. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: C2079 School Road, B4091 Hanbury Road, B4090 Droitwich Road and Vice Versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 daysCommencing: 9 March 2020.
(U21233 ChurchStreet(One-Way),Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020 Proposed Order: to close that part of U21233 Church Street (one-way) from its junction with A448 Market Streetto its junction with U21239 Church Lane. Reason: Footway widening at the junction of Church Street and Market Street for traffic travelling in a south easterly direction towards the town centre. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: Diversion Route: U21233 Crabtree Lane, U21230 Churchfields, U21232 Recreation Road and A448 MarketStreet.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 37 days Commencing: 30 March 2020.
(Blake Avenue, Droitwich Spa)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2020
Proposed Order: to close that part of Blake Avenue
from its junction with Celvestune Way to its junction
with Alexander Avenue.
Reason: New Water Connection.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken.
Alternative route: Celvestune Way, Old Coach Road,
B4090 Worcester Road, Alexander Avenue vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
9daysCommencing:30March2020.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2020 [Prohibition of Waiting on Hewell Lane, Barnt Green]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Barnt Green:
Hewell Lane (north east side) from a point 3.5 metres south east of its junction with Fiery Hill Road for a distance of 70.6 metres in a south easterly direction; (south west side) from a point 6.5 metres south east of its junction with Fiery Hill Road for a distance of 27.3 metresin asouth easterlydirection. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (WaitingRestrictionsandStreetParkingPlaces) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2020 [Disabled Persons' Parking Places on Charford Road, Bromsgrove]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create two disabled persons' parking places on the following
lengths of road in Bromsgrove:
Charford Road (south west side) from a point 231.4
metres east of its junction with Lyttleton Avenue for a
distanceof6.6metresinasoutheasterlydirection,then
from a point 385 metres east of its junction with
Lyttleton Avenue for a distance of6.6 metres.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(whichprovidesforcivilenforcementofcontraventions
ofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)andwillcontain
exemptions to allow parking/access for certain
purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons'
vehicles.

(Stratford Road Service Road, Bromsgrove) (Prohibition of Driving) (No Access) Order 2020 On 20 February 2020 Worcestershire County Council made an Order with MODIFICATION the effect of which will be to prohibit driving (no access) on the following length of road in Bromsgrove: -U21332 Stratford Road Service Road at its easternmostjunction with A448 Stratford Road. *NB - Under this amendment the advertised proposed prohibition of driving on U21332 Stratford Road Service Road at its westernmost junction with A448 Stratford Road and U21332 Stratford Road Service Road at its central junction with A448 Stratford Road will not proceed.
There will be exemptions in the Order to allow driving for certain purposes.
TheOrderwillcomeintooperationon12March2020.
A copy of the Order, relevant map, Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, B61 8DA and Worcestershire County Council, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
