PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING FLAT TOP ROAD HUMP HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND ROAD HUMP REGULATIONS 1999

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council, in conjunction with the developer of Buckingham House, Desborough Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire (planning app:16/08306/FUL), proposes to construct a flat top road hump in the publicly maintained section of Rutland Street, High Wycombe. The flat top road hump in the publicly maintained highway is to be constructed (approximately 43.50m in length, 75mm high and with a gradient of 1:16) at the following location: (i) At a point approx. 6.75 metres South of Desborough Road junction. A copy of the plan showing the road to be affected and the location of the proposed flat top road hump may be inspected during normal office hours at Walton Street offices, Aylesbury. This consultation will run until 16th August 2020 and you can respond to this consultation via email at Highwaysdm@buckinghamshire.gov.uk, or sent in writing to the undersigned (marked for the attention of Mr D Bonsor) to Highways Development Management, 6th Floor, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UY.
