Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of die Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Sadler's Peaky Blinder Distillery Limited has applied to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Windsor Castle Brewery Limited, Units 2, 4,5,6 and 8, Conyers Trading Estate, Station Drive, Lye, Stourbridge, DY9 9EN. The proposed licensable activities and their hours within Unit 2 only are to permit the sale of alcohol on and off the premises and regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday 0900 to 0100 the following morning; late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0100 the following morning. All other Units within the Distillery to permit the sale of alcohol off the premises only Monday to Sunday 0600 to 0100 the following morning; Unit 2 opening hours Monday to Sunday 0900 to 0200 the following morning, all others Units are not open to the public. NB.These premises have the benefit of a current Premises Licence but due to the expansion of the premises proposed a New Licence application is required. The current Premises Licence No. DY/51/1400 will be surrendered upon the grant of this application. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Unit 1 Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way Brierley Hill, DY5 IUF or by email to

no later than 21st December 2020 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website ¦
