(C2101 Alvechurch Highway, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2101 Alvechurch Highway from its junction with A441 Alvechurch Highway to its junction with C2101 Lodge Park Roundabout for the entire length of the C2101 Northbound Slip from A441 Alvechurch Highway. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken, Alternative route: A441 Alvechurch Highway Northbound, A441 Alvechurch Highway Junction with A4023 Coventry Highway Roundabout, A441 Alvechurch Highway Southbound, C2101 Alvechurch Highway Slip Road to C2101 Lodge Park Roundabout, C2101 Lodge Park Roundabout and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 10 May 2021. (A435 Alcester Road, Wythall)(Temporary Closure] Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of A435 Alcester Road from its junction with M42 Junction 3 Roundabout to its junction with A435 Alcester Road with C2040 Middle Lane Roundabout. Reason: Carriageway Patching. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken, Alternative route: A435 Hollywood Bypass, A43S Alcester Road South (Birmingham County), A4040 Howard Road (Birmingham County), A4040 Fordhouse Lane (Birmingham County), A441 Pershore Road (Birmingham County), A441 Redditch Road (Birmingham County), A441 Birmingham Road, A441 Redditch Road, A441 Alvechurch Bypass, A441 Birmingham Road, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A4023 Coventry Highway, A4203 (Warwickshire County), A435 (Warwickshire County), A435 Alcester Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 19 April 2021. (C2101 Holloway Drive, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order to close that part of C2101 Holloway Drive from its junction with U33300 Marlfield Lane Roundabout to its junction with C2101 Warwick Highway Slip Road Roundabout. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2101 Holloway Drive, C2101 Old Forge Drive, C2123 Washford Drive, C2123 Woodrow Drive, C2123 Greenlands Drive, C2101 Lodge Park Roundabout, C2101 Holloway Drive and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 11 May 2021. (A441 Evesham Road, Cookhill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order: to close that part of A441 Evesham Road from its junction with A422 Arrow Lane to its junction with B4090 Saltway. Reason: Surface Dressing.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A442 Arrow Lane, A442 (Warwickshire County), A435 (Warwickshire County), A435 Birmingham Road (Warwickshire County), A435 Haydon Way (Warwickshire County), A448 Bromsgrove Road (Warwickshire County), A448 Node Hill (Warwickshire County), A448 The Slough (Warwickshire County), A448 The Slough, A441 Evesham Road, A441 The Ridgeway and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 22 days Commencing: 10 May 2021. (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2021 [Prohibition of Waiting on Studley Road and Hoveton Close, Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Redditch:
Studley Road (north east side) from its junction with Hoveton Close for a distance of 8.5m in a north westerly direction and 15.8m in a south easterly direction; Hoveton Close (both sides) from its junction with Studley Road for a distance of 13.2m in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2021 [Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting and Revocation of Limited Waiting on Mount Pleasant and Evesham Street, Redditch] On 1 April 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to revoke prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch:
Mount Pleasant (west side) from a point 5m south of its junction with Ludlow Road for a distance of 5m in a southerly direction.
Revoke limited waiting 20 minutes, no return within 2 hours: Evesham Street (east side) from a point 5m north of its junction with Ipsley Street for a distance of 25m in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2021 [Disabled Persons' Parking Places on Paddock Lane, Redditch]
On 1 April 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create 2 disabled persons' parking places on the following
length and side of road in Redditch: Paddock Lane (north east side) from a point 210m west of its junction (southern arm) with Castleditch Lane for a distance of 4.8m in a south easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

On 1 April 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Redditch:
Evesham Road (east side) from its junction with Evesham Road Stub Road for a distance of 20m in both a northerly and southerly direction. Evesham Road Stub Road (both sides) from its junction with Evesham Road for a distance of 10m in an easterly direction. Restrict Waiting 8am-6pm: - Evesham Road (west side) from a point 88m south of its junction with Vaynor Drive for a distance of 49m in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
