The following applications have been submitted to the council. The codes are: ASLB Affecting the Setting of Listed Building MAJ Major Development PRW Footpath -Public Rights of Way
Applications received for Droitwich Area:
21/00955/FUL Hanbury MAJ Change the use of agricultural bams. Barn 1to be used as a playbarn (use class E(d)); or storage or distribution (use class B8), research and development of products or processes (use class E(g)(ii)) or any industrial process falling within use class E(g)(iii), all with no more than 5% of floorspace to be used for ancillary office purposes; Barn 2 to be used as an unrestricted retail use (use class E(a)); Barns 3 - 8 and associated land to be used for storage or distribution (use class B8), research and development of products or processes (use class E(g)(ii)) or any industrial process falling within use class E(g)(iii), all with no more than 5% of floorspace to be used for ancillary office purposes; External alterations to bams 1 - 8 to facilitate changes of use and install additional solar panels; Removal of feed bunkers and construction of new 600sqm building (Barn 9) (use classes B8, E(g)(ii) and E(g)(iii)); Site a maximum of 45 storage containers for self-storage within existing silage clamps; Provision of associated parking and circulation areas through the site, including widening of access; Creation of attenuation pond and installation of Klargester plant; and all other associated works.
