CONVERSION TO LLP AND NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP PAINTERS SOLICITORS
The Partners of Painters Solicitors give notice that the Partnership has been dissolved following the transfer of the business of the Partnership to Painters Law LLP with effect from 1st October 2021. All Assets and liabilities of the Partnership will transfer to Painters Law LLP and Painters Law LLP will continue to carry on business from the same addresses at 29, Church Street, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10 2AU and 1 New Street, Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire DY13 8UN.
