Cornmeadow Lane (west side) from its junction with The Grove for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction and 10.5 metres in a southerly direction; (east side) from its junction with St Anne's Road for a distanceof7.5metresinanortherlydirectionand26.5 metres in a southerly direction. The Grove (both sides) from its junction with Cornmeadow Lane for a distance of 12 metres in a westerly direction. St Anne's Road (both sides) from its junction with Cornmeadow Lane for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventionsofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

AcopyofthedraftOrder,relevantplanandStatement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. On 10 November 2016 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to limit waiting 3 hours no return within 1 hour Monday - Saturday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm except resident and visitor permit holderson the following lengthandsideofroadinWorcester: Stephenson Road (east side) from the northern propertyboundaryofnumber13StephensonRoadfor adistance of27 metresin anortherlydirection.

Resident and visitor permit holders only parking

from the southern property boundary of number 1 Stephenson Road to the northern property boundary of number 13 Stephenson Road.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventionsofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 1 December

2016.

On 10 November 2016 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroad in Fernhill Heath: A38 Droitwich Road (south side) from its junction withO'keysLaneforadistanceof80metresinanorth easterlydirection; (north side) from apoint47 metres north east of its junction with Butchers Walk for a distance of 86 metres in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventionsofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 1 December

2016.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (C2067 Lightwood Lane, Cotheridge)(Temporary Closure) Order 2016

The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2067 Lightwood Lane, Cotheridge, from its junction with A44 Bromyard Road to its junction with C2066 Crown East Lane in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthehighwayaffectedwherethereisnoother form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2066 Crown East Lane, A44 Bromyard Road and vice versa.

TheCouncil havemade an Order to close thatpartof C2138 Cornmeadow Lane, Worcester, from its junction with U50315 Whinfield Road to its junction with A449 Ombersley Road in order to facilitate carriagewayrepair works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthehighwayaffectedwherethereisnoother form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2138 Cornmeadow Lane, C2029 ClainesLane,A449OmbersleyRoadandviceversa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7days:Commencing:28November2016.

(U52015 Solent Road, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2016

The Council made an Order to close that part of U52015 Solent Road, Worcester, from its junction with U52017 Humber Road to its junction with U52016 Dart Road in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthehighwayaffectedwherethereisnoother form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U52014 Trent Road, B4636 Newtown Road, U52017 Humber Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days: Commencing: 28 November 2016.

(Dormston Lane, Inkberrow)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2016

The Council made an Order to close that part of Dormston Lane, Inkberrow, from its junction with C2053 Cockshot Lane to its junction with A422 Alcester Road in order to facilitate broadband ducting works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthehighwayaffectedwherethereisnoother form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2053 Cockshot Lane, A422 Alcester Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days: Commencing: 28 November 2016.

(Various Bridleways, Astley, Dunley and Abberley) (Temporary Closure Order) 2016

Notice is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to close Various Bridleways, Astley, Dunley and Abberley as follows:-

No horse shall be ridden or led and no cyclist shall proceed along the entire length of Astley and Dunley Bridleway AD-553, Abberley Bridleways AY-574, AY-573, AY-572, AY-571 and AY-570 from Netherton Road at OSGR SO 7783 6936 to Netherton Road at Netherton House, OSGR SO 7648 6878.

No person shall proceed along the lengths of Astley and Dunley AD-553 and Abberley Bridleway AY-574 from Netherton Road at OSGR SO 7783 6936 to the junction with Rock Footpath RF 833 at OSGR

SO 7746 6907.

There will also be no public access to the track to

Birch Hall from Netherton Road at OSGR SO 7782

access track at OSGR SO 7768 6918.

The Order which was due to expire on 30 November 2016 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 1 June 2018 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.

The Order has been made to facilitate bridge repairs works.

ThereareexemptionsintheOrdertopermitaccessto any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affectedwherethereisnootherformofaccess;andto allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative routes:-

(a) Cyclists and horse-riders are via C2071 Netherton Road and vice versa.



(b) Walkers are via C2071 Netherton Road and Rock Footpath RF-833 and vice versa.
