Notice is hereby given that The Roger & Douglas Turner Charitable Trust (CIO) has applied to Wyre Forest District Council on 16th December 2016 for the grant of a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises known as Arley House & Arboretum, Lion Lane, Bewdley, Worcestershire DY12 1SQ. The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website www. wyreforestdc.gov.uk or inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Worcestershire Regulatory Services (Licensing), Duke House, Clensmore Street, Kidderminster DY10 2JX during normal office hours. Any Person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address above, giving in detail the grounds for the objection. Representations must relate to one or more of the Licensing Objectives: Prevention of Crime & Disorder; Prevention of Public Nuisance; Protection of Children from Harm; or Public Safety. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 13th January 2017.
The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representations made when considering this application. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.
