PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (EF-500 & EF-752, Eldersfield, BR-558 Berrow & PK-519 Pendock)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017

PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (EF-500 & EF-752, Eldersfield, BR-558 Berrow & PK-519 Pendock)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017 Order made: to close that part of Footpaths EF-500 & EF-752, Eldersfield, BR-558 Berrow & PK-519 Pendock for their entire lengths.

The Order has been made because of the likelihood of danger to the public as a result of an unsafe bridge. There are exemptions in the Order to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. No alternative route available.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a

period not exceeding 6 months or until the works

which it is proposed to be carried out have been

completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 11 May 2017.

(C2233 Alfrick)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2233 Alfrick from its junction with C2244 Workhouse Bank to its junction with U62222 Alfrick in order to facilitate tree felling works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2244 Workhouse Bank, U62222

Alfrick and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

1 day Commencing: 30 May 2017.



(A443 Newnham Bridge)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

Proposed Order: to close that part of A443 Newnham Bridge from its junction with A456 Newnham Bridge to its junction with C2089 Lindridge in orderto facilitate carriageway pre-surfacing dressing works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A456 Newnham Bridge/A456 Mamble/A456 Mamble Road/B4202 Worcester Road/ B4204 Pensax/B4204 Clows Top Road/B4202 Apostles Oak/A443 Stockton Road/C2230 The Common/ A443 Elms Green/A443 Stockton Road/A443 Stockton/ A443 Eardiston/A443 Lindridge and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

2 nights (19.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs) (within a 4 week period). Commencing: 29 May 2017.



(Various Roads, Leigh Sinton) (Restricted Roads) Order 2000 (Revocation) and (Various Roads, Leigh Sinton) (30 mph and 40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2017

On 27 April 2017 Worcestershire County Council

made an Order the effect of which will be to update the 30 mph speed limit order and impose a 40 mph

speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Leigh Sinton:-

A4103 from a point 555 metres south west of its junction with UC62243 Lynn Close in a north easterly then easterly then north easterly direction to a point

316 metres north east of its junction with C2206

Stocks Lane. B4503 Malvern Road from its junction with A4103 in a generally southerly direction to a point 35 metres south west of its junction with C2237 Lower Howsell Road. C2206 Stocks Lane from its junction with A4103 for a distance of 590 metres in an easterly then southerly direction. C2227 Sherridge Road from its junction with A4103 in a north westerly direction to a point 40 metres north

west of its junction with UC62242 Hop Pole Green.

UC62241 Hoopers Close for its entire length. UC62242 Hop Pole Close for its entire length.

UC62243 Lynn Close for its entire length. UC62244

Somers Close for its entire length. UC62255 Pear Tree Drive for its entire length. UC62246 Nash Green for its entire length. UC62262 Chapel Close

for its entire length.

40 mph

A4103 from a point 316 metres north east of its

junction with C2206 Stock Lane for a distance of

300 metres in a north easterly direction.

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces

Vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 11 May 2017.
