Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Chicago Leisure Limited in respect of Premises known as Chicago's, Ryemarket, Stourbridge, DY8 1HJ applied to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To extend the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment Monday to Sunday until 0300 the following morning; premises to close Monday to Sunday 0330 the following morning. Also to extend the start time for Live Music, Performance of Dance and like kind on Sundays from 1100. Also to add the current approved non-standard timings for Alcohol, Films and Recorded Music to all other licensable activities permitted on this licence and allow an additional hour for all activities on the day British Summertime commences. Full details can be inspected upon the application lodged with the Council. Any representations regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Unit 1 Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill, DY5 1UF no later than 23rd August 2017 stating the grounds for representation.The register of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
