Relating to the application to Herefordshire Council for the erection of two poultry buildings, new access and conversion of building to house biomass boiler at Rogers Farm, Bush Bank, Hereford, HR4 8EP submitted on 6 July 2015 (Ref: 151983) and is the subject of an appeal. Pursuant to Regulation 22 of the EIA Regulations further information in relation to; Updated project description, Archaeological potential of the site, Explanation of the criteria used to determine the significance of effects for landscape and visual impacts, ecology, the historic environment and transport, Confirm the thresholds used in the Air Quality Screening Assessment; Confirm construction traffic movements, Submit Air Quality Screening Assessment dated June 2017, Submit Addendum Noise Impact Assessment dated 29 June 2017, Cumulative Impacts in respect of transport noise and Revised non-technical summary has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate and Herefordshire Council. Other environmental information in the form of an addendum noise impact assessment dated August 2016 has also been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate and Herefordshire Council.
