NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011 that 'Further information' in relation to an Environmental Statement (ES) has been received by The Planning Department, Bromsgrove District Council at Redditch Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch B98 8AH, submitted in support of the outline planning application (reference 16/1132) made byCatesby Estates Ltd and Miller Homes Ltd for:

FOR SITE A (LAND OFF WHITFORD ROAD) PROVISION OF UP TO 490 DWELLINGS, CLASS A1 RETAIL LOCAL SHOP (UP TO 400 SQM), TWO NEW PRIORITY ACCESSES ONTO WHITFORD ROAD, PUBLIC OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING

AND SUSTAINABLE URBAN DRAINAGE, AND SITE B (LAND
