Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2013 Bridge Road, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2013 Bridge Road, Kidderminster from its junction with U13212 Austcliffe Road for a distance of 200 metres in a northerly direction in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerb replacement works by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative routes: North from Bridge Road: C2013 Bridge Road, C2283 Castle Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road, C2013 Caunsall Road and vice versa. North from Bridge Road inc Kinver Lane: C2013 BridgeRoad,C2283 Castle Road,A449Wolverhampton Road, C2013 Caunsall Road, U13211 Kinver Lane, C2128 Kinver Lane, C2013 Bridge Road and vice versa. South from Bridge Road: C2283 Castle Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road, U13243 Austcliffe Road, U13212 Austcliffe Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 22 February 2018.
(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Stourport Road Service Road and Oldington Trading Estate Road, Kidderminster] On 28 December 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side ofroad in Kidderminster: Stourport Road Service Road (northwest side) from its junction with Oldington Trading Estate Road for a distance of 15 metres in a south westerly direction and 21 metres in anorth easterlydirection. Oldington Trading Estate Road (both sides) from its junction with Stourport Road Service Road for a distance of 15 metres in a north westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 18 January
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made
