NOTICE OF DIVERSION OF PUBLIC PATH AT STOURPORT
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 257
Wyre Forest District Council (Public Footpath No 560 (B) (Part) Stourport) Diversion Order 2019
The above order was made on 28 March 2019. The effect of the order will be to divert a public footpath running on the line forming part of Public Footpath No 560 (b) shown by a solid black line between points A and D on the Order map and approximately 50 metres in length and create an alternative footpath instead running on a line shown by a broken black line between Points A,B, C and D on the Order map and approximately 60 metres in length and created to an overall width of not less than 3 metres within which a minimum width of 1.5 metres will be finished with Type 1 (Limestone based) stone at 100mm thickness. A copy of that order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Solicitor for the Council at Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF not later than 4 May 2019. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wyre Forest District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
