Auctioneers Halls are assembling a strong vintage section to their next collective auction of agricultural implements and machinery at Stone, near Kidderminster on Friday, October 26.

Entries already consigned to the auction include 32 vintage tractors, spanning from the 1930s to the ‘70s and a wide range of vintage farm implements and effects, including horse drawn implements.

The tractors include a Muir Hill 101 4wd, Allis Chalmers 190, 1966 David Brown 880, Ursus C-335 two cylinder, two Fordson Dexta from 1961 and ‘62, 1969 International 434, 1959 International B275, 1938 Standard Fordson, David Brown 950, International 634, 1945 International W4 Petrol/Paraffin, 1972 International 354, 1967 International Farmall 806, Fordson Super Major New Performance and a 1956 David Brown 900.

There is a big contingent of Massey Ferguson entries, including six 135 models, a MF 550, a resprayed MF20 with grass tyres, a MF 165 from 1967 and a MF135 restored engine. In addition, there is a Ferguson T20 and a Ferguson T20 Petrol/TVO with hinged sidelights.

Other entries in the vintage section include a Bedford J Type Lorry with beaver tail, a Bamford Woofler, a three tonne tipping trailer, Ferguson Bamlett potato planter, Bamlett MkII Fingerbar mower, DB three furrow reversible plough, DB ridger, Ferguson Interow cultivator, horse drawn hay rake, horse drawn hoe, heavy horse four wheel flat bed wagon, Governess Cart, Ransomes TS63 long frame two furrow match plough (TCN Bodies), Allis Chalmers Rota Baler, Kidd trailed flail topper, Pierce corn drill, Gower beet drill. Ferguson Fingerbar mower and a Ferguson two furrow plough.

“This is a special auction of vintage tractors, machinery and implements, which has been well supported by local collectors and farmers,” explained Sarah Hulland from Halls in Kidderminster. “Entries are still being accepted and we expect the overall auction to include around 2,000 lots.”

The auction begins at 10.15am, with the vintage section starting at around 12 noon.
