PLANNING CONSENT This was granted on 29th September 2017 under application number 150230 - outline planning application for 11 dwellings and access road. The consent has a number of planning conditions which will need to be adhered to. A copy of the full consent is available upon request.

PROPOSED PLANNING OBLIGATION AGREEMENT - SECTION 106 The purchaser will be required to pay the proposed payments to Herefordshire Council, as per the Section 106 Agreement - the final version of which is awaited.
