Wormbridge is about 8 miles from Hereford City off the A465 Abergavenny Road, in an area of outstanding Grade I arable land, managed and farmed by the Whitfield Estate. Highfields Farm is in an elevated position opposite Quarrel Green farm and from Highfields Farm windows in the sitting room there are far reaching views south-east. The road passing the property links up with Abbey Dore, with the magnificent Dore Abbey and Ewyas Harold which is near the Welsh Border with present day Monmouthshire and about half way between the towns of Abergavenny and Hereford.

At the junction of B4348 Hay-on-Wye, Thruxton, Madley, Kingstone and Peterchurch in a country supermarket and Shell Filling Station and The Three Horseshoes Public House.


Wormbridge Village is about 8 miles from Hereford, along A465, south-west of Hereford and it consists of a petrol filling station and shop and St. Peter's Parish Church. The neighboring hamlets of Didley and Kilpeck, are on the opposite side of the A road. Wormbridge has opportunities for employment with starter business units, which are available to rent. Highfield Farm is about two miles from the A465 in a north-west direction, with rural fields surrounding the cottage and views south towards Pontrilus, a village in south Herefordshire within half a mile of the Welsh border.
