Katie Price and RuPaul are forming the ultimate dream team to choose a UK drag queen worthy of representing Drag Race on this side of the pond.
RuPaul’s Drag Race has been a hit in the US, where the reality show sees drag queens battle it out to be crowned the best of the series through modelling, styling and performance challenges.
Now, the show will air on UK TV for the first time and to promote RuPaul’s Drag Race season four coming to truTV, Katie will be on the panel to choose a UK drag queen ambassador.
In a competition that has been running for a month, the drag queen hopefuls have been showing off their lip-syncing and posing skills in the hope of being crowned the top entrant.
Model Katie will help RuPaul to select the best ambassador on May 28 in the grand final, along with another yet-to-be-announced celebrity judge.
The winner will create a series of vlogs for the channel to publicise the series and will get a trip to Los Angeles with a friend to go behind the scenes of the programme being filmed.
RuPaul’s Drag Race will air on truTV from June 1 every Monday and Tuesday at 10pm.
