ONE of the anthems of the 90's will ring out against the epic backdrops of the river Clwyd and Rhuddlan castle this May.

Rhuddlan's very own music festival RhuddFest 2019 returns over the late May Bank Holiday weekend with top ten songsters Toploader at the helm.

Building on last year's jam packed line up, which saw Newton faulkner join a jaw dropping selection of talents from across North Wales, the band will headline the festival on Sunday evening with a selection of hits from 1999 album Onka's Big Moka including Achilles Heel and, of course, their cover of King Harvest's Dancing in the Moonlight.

Headlining the Saturday are London indie five-piece Eliza and the Bear, in a bill featuring Terry and the Supercools, The Montagues and Courteous Thief and more.

Joining Toploader on the Sunday are Blue Nation, Yubaba, Samwise and more. The full line-up is expected to be finalised soon.

The two day event also has camping available, designed especially with a family friendly atmosphere with an array of arts, workshops, crafts, sports and other activities including a parachute display and a Nerf gun war.

Get ready for a weekend of fun, music and great memories at Rhuddfest from Saturday, May 25 at Rhuddlan Castle.
