ACCLAIMED singer and bassist Miranda Sykes is set to perform tracks from her debut album as she brings her solo tour to the Midlands.

After a career spanning over 20 years, during which time she has played with many of the top musicians and singers within the folk world, Miranda is returning to her roots – one woman, one bass and one guitar.

Tickets are now available for her tour, which is making a stop at Clent Parish Hall on Saturday, March 10, featuring songs from her album Borrowed Places.

Released in 2017, the album draws its inspiration primarily from the songs and landscape of Miranda’s native Lincolnshire, but seen through the eyes of someone who has lived away for many years.

The tour will also include previously unheard tracks from her forthcoming new album due for release in 2019.
