WHEN beautiful blond haired Oscar plays with his little brother a tear trickles down mum Lisa's face because she knows he will never be able to do things the youngster can.

Brave Oscar Fradgley, aged three, was born with no hands and feet and is the only child in the country to suffer from a rare incurable disease which means he has a short tongue and limbs and suffers from heart disease as well as facial palsy and eyesight problems.

But the bubbly youngster copes amazingly with his disability.

His dedicated mum Lisa and dad Chris are launching a massive fundraising drive to raise a whopping £100,000 to ensure the tiny tot has a bright future.

The family from Cot Lane in Kingswinford are hoping to coin in the cash to help pay for artificial legs and other equipment that may help him.

Lisa, aged 39, said: "When I was pregnant I didn't know about his disability it was a tremendous surprise for everyone.

"It's a non-genetic disorder, it's nature's mistake really.

"There are lots of children born with one foot missing but it is incredibly rare a child is born with all his hands and feet missing."

But despite the initial shock the family have learnt to cope with Oscar's debilitating condition.

Lisa, who is a nurse, described her eldest son as a typical boy'.

She added: "He is very lively and is very rough and tumble.

"He is into everything, he loves pirates, dinosaurs he even loves shooting his toy guns.

"He is so loving, he's a lovely boy and very funny.

"We often say he will end up on stage - we think he'll be a comedian.

"We just feel like he has had an unfortunate start and we want to make the most of his life."

"I do get upset from time to time, especially when I see my youngest son Max doing stuff Oscar will never be able to do."
